Our longest established service offers the most cost-effective live-in care option to those who have a local family member or trusted third-party to oversee the care.

Our Introductory Service is available nationwide meaning wherever you are, we can support you.

By carrying out a telephone evaluation, our Triage Consultants are able to establish the level of care required by you or your loved one. We will then ask you to complete a small amount of paperwork and are able to provide care as soon as 24 hours after your enquiry (depending on carer availability).

With our introductory service, you can expect 24/7 reassurance from our well-trained carers who are able to provide companionship, help with social activities, general housework and help with pets if needed. They are also able to offer personal care including dressing, washing, oral care, continence care and toileting.

The benefits of a live-in carer extend beyond the individual receiving care, to their family who are able to continue visiting as they like without the restrictions of visiting times and rigid daily routines.
