Lynda Gaspar

I have been with Consultus since 2010, with two and a half years of live-in care experience. I have always had a passion for the healthcare sector, especially recruitment. With 12 years of experience, I have helped many achieve their passions and goals and hope to do the same for you!

Unsure if you are eligible to work for us? Please note – Only those with a British Passport, a British Ancestry Visa, or Pre Settled / Settled Status may apply to become a carer with Consultus. Consultus is unable to sponsor applicants at this time or assist those needing to obtain a work visa.

We require our overseas applicants to obtain an original police clearance before attending our training programme – we won’t be able to place you with one of our clients without it.

"I can honestly say that Lynda guided me step by step and constantly reassured me with all the questions I asked. If I hadn't had Lynda's guidance I would have been totally overwhelmed. I have now been working as a live-in carer for 5 months and I am really enjoying my new career!"

Angela, Live-in Carer

"Working as a carer has been a really positive experience. What I have enjoyed most is the constant surprise and diversity of the work. I have been able to build on previous skills whilst also learning new transferable skills along the way."

Debbie, Live-in Carer
