Great start to 2020 for Consultus Training Team!
The Consultus Care Training Centre is delighted to be named as one of the finalists of the Skills for Care Accolades awards. The awards recognises social care organisations who invest in their workforce so they can offer high quality services.
The Training Centre is part of the Consultus Care & Nursing Agency which is a long-established, family-run, provider of professional live-in carers and nurses to those who need round-the-clock care, giving people the chance to live an independent life in their own home. The Training Centre has been nominated in the ‘Most innovative endorsed learning provider’ category.
About the Awards
Now in its 16th year, the Skills for Care Accolades are nationally recognised awards which celebrate excellence in adult social care. The ‘Most innovative endorsed learning provider’ category recognises learning providers, who are part of the Skills for Care endorsement framework, for their commitment to providing high quality training.
Training Manager Susan Antenbring said “These awards are open to 18,500 adult social care employers in England, so we are exceptionally proud to be nominated as a finalist. We have a dedicated team of experienced and professional trainers at Consultus, and it is down to their hard work and constant desire to push things forward that we are a finalist in this category and I am so proud of the team.”
The team will find out if they have won the national award at the Accolades ceremony in London on Wednesday 22nd January 2020, which will be hosted by Strictly Come Dancing legend Anton du Beke.
We would like to congratulate all the nominees on reaching the finals and we wish the best of luck to our fantastic training team.
