CONSULTUS TRAINING TEAM WIN AT THE HOME CARE AWARDS 2019!
On Friday 24th May, the Consultus Training team attended the first Home Care Awards 2019, which took place at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington. Our dedicated team, made up of seven trainers and two administrators attended the lunchtime awards, and were thrilled to be crowned winners of the Training Expertise category.
The Home Care Awards aims to recognise companies who are providing exceptional home care in the UK, and celebrate those teams that are making a real difference within the care sector.
The awards were hosted by TV presenter and news reader, Adrienne Lawler, who kept the crowd thoroughly entertained throughout the afternoon. There were a range of awards presented, covering all aspects of live-in care, including specialist care and end of life expertise.
Training Manager Susan Antenbring who collected the award, said “It was fantastic to win the Training Expertise category! We feel so proud to be recognised within the home care sector for our high quality training and the hard work and dedication of the training team at Consultus.”
The Consultus Training team provide training at all levels, from the initial induction course for all of our new carers to BTEC courses in Dementia and End of Life. As well as the Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
All courses, including Dementia and First Aid are available to the general public and take place at our Training Centre which is located at our head office in Tonbridge, Kent.
