Design & marketing executive

Working closely with other departments, you will become the brand guardian creating all internal and external brand assets.

You will work collaboratively with the Content Writer & Digital Marketing Executive to help develop and manage digital marketing campaigns. The Marketing Executive team will aim to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and promoting Live in Care.

Primary duties - design and digital

  • Create engaging and print ready artwork for all medias; digital (banners, MPUs, social media graphics, print (brochures, leaflets, stationery)
  • Work with supplied print specifications, brand guidelines and cutter guides
  • Provide artistic direction and creative input
  • Upload design assets to systems using WordPress and CMS including banners, images, videos – making sure everything is on brand
  • Liaise with advertisers to book advertising and organise the most effective campaign for the service
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders

Secondary duties - Marketing

  • Assist in writing and editing content for all channels: website, email, blogs, SEO, social media, carer/client case studies and leadership articles
  • Assist on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
  • Help create specific campaign landing pages using WordPress
  • Help maintain the website and manage third party websites ensuring content is up to date
  • Help measure ROI and KPIs
  • Help Manage PPC and SEO agencies
  • Help generate leads and new business
  • Conduct competitor research, analysing data and provide suggestions for improvement

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Experience using Adobe Suite; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Experience using Hootsuite, Campaign Monitor, WordPress (Elementor is advantageous) and CMS
  • Experience with Google Analytics and reporting
  • Good knowledge of SEO & PPC
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Team Player
  • Great Interpersonal and communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital technologies or relevant field
