Our Nursing Recruitment Process
If you meet our minimum requirements and would like to discuss any aspect of the role or want to make an application, please call us for an informal chat.
We’ll take some essential details down and ask you to submit a current CV outlining your nursing background, qualifications and skills set. We’ll review this and make a decision as to whether we can offer you a formal interview or not.
The interview is a two stage process starting with an in-depth telephone discussion and if successful, a face-to-face final interview at our head office in Tonbridge. All successful applicants will have their travel costs reimbursed once two placements have been undertaken.
