Care and Nursing Jobs
Consultus Care & Nursing is founded on the vision that ‘people feel better at home’. We’re looking for like-minded carers and nurses, who have a passion for changing people’s lives.
If you are looking for a self-employed live-in care or live-in nurse job in the UK, and share our drive to deliver exceptional care for clients in their own homes, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be working with a friendly, family-led firm with over 50 years’ experience of care. Our private in-home care jobs and live-in nursing jobs are rewarding and satisfying, and you’ll be highly valued by us, your client and their family.
Peter Seldon, our CEO, says: “Many of our carers and nurses say they chose this profession because they feel called to help others. Through compassion, capability, hard work, patience and empathy, our carers and nurses transform the daily lives of our clients and I value their contribution enormously.”
Matthew Tinsley is one of our many clients who complimented us about his experience: “The wonderful care provided by your team was of inestimable value in allowing my mother to remain in her own home, until her very last day. Many of her carers will remain lifelong friends of the family.”

The remarkable work live-in carers do on a daily basis is being identified, and I am proud to be part of this. We receive many applications from a wide range of candidates, whose experience and life skills are the foundations for becoming great care professionals.
"I have met people whose background is in healthcare, teaching, hospitality or in many cases, have been delivering relationship-led care for a friend or family member. We welcome applicants who are ready to start a new career in care or wish to continue developing their skills.”
