They will demonstrate a commitment to dignity and privacy for clients, and show respect for team members. The winning team will demonstrate co-operation, mutual support and trust.
What is the Great British Care Awards?
The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout England that celebrate excellence across the care sector. The purpose of the awards is to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
On the night
There will be 21 award categories, which represent all areas of the social care sector. The awards are all inclusive, bringing together the statutory, independent and voluntary sectors, as well as unpaid carers; promoting joint working.
Training Manager, Susan Antenbring commented: "We are very excited to be finalists in the Great British Care Awards, South East region, for the second year running. I am particularly proud that our small, dedicated team of trainers have been recognised for the high-quality training they provide."
From us all at Consultus, we wish the very best of luck to all nominees and we look forward to finding out how our brilliant Trainers do.
