Distance Learning Training

Distance Learning Training Courses are an invaluable resource for our Carers who are constantly on the move around the country.

We offer a variety of accredited, certificated distance learning training courses at heavily subsidesed prices. Courses cost from £8.00 each. The first two – Infection Control and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults - are free to all new Consultus Carers. The following courses are available:

• End of Life Care
• Pressure Area Care
• Health and Safety
• Understanding Stroke
• Nutrition
• Choice, Dignity and Diversity (£14)
• Safe Handing of Medicine - 3 Part Course (£8 each or £21 for all three)
• Parkinson’s Disease

Each course underpins the Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 2), so will prove useful should you go on to take the qualification.
