Live-in jobs for appropriately experienced Registered Nurses:

RN3, RNMHs are required for 10-14 day bookings in Surrey and Kent. Male applicants welcome.

Live-out jobs for experienced RN1 (RNA)s:

Live-in positions for Health Care Assistants

Live-in HCA (PAYE)

The Nursing Manager will soon have a number of positions available for Live-in Health Care Assistants. These are not the same as the self-employed Live-in Carer/Companion roles described at length elsewhere on this website.

Instead, you would work for Consultus under a Contract for Services; we would pay you and deduct your tax and National Insurance and you would be eligible for holiday pay.

In other respects the job is similar to our other live-in assignments: bookings of approximately two-weeks duration anywhere in Great Britain, free accommodation and meals in the homes of our clients.

To qualify, you must meet all the requirements of the job description, including:

Completed NVQ 2 qualification or higher or UK equivalent or UK or international nursing qualification
Up-to-date manual handling certificate
Minimum six months work experience in a UK healthcare environment
At least twelve months recent experience of delivering personal care to adults
Ability to operate common hoists and other mobility/transference equipment
Excellent written and verbal English
Commitment to work at least 12 weeks (six 2-week assignments)
New Enhanced CRB disclosure (we will help you get this)
Able to travel and live away from home (driver preferred)
