The Home Alternative
Hospice offer excellent, specialist nursing care. Nevertheless, leaving the secure and familiar surroundings of one’s own home can be distressing for some. If you do not think that nursing within an institution is the right option for you or your loved one you may wish to consider private Live-in Palliative Nursing at Home from Consultus.
Live-in nursing can be a welcome relief to people otherwise facing a move into a hospice, a nursing home or an extended stay in hospital. Ultimately, home is where people feel most content and where the majority of people want to be if they are not well (see nursing research) – it's one of the reasons why live-in care and nursing have become so popular in recent years.
