Who do I contact in an emergency?

This depends on the type of the emergency.

If the Client is very unwell then you need to decide in the first instance whether you contact their GP or call out the emergency services. In all types of emergencies the Nursing Manager or Nurse Consultant should be informed as soon as possible. There is a 24 hour on-call service; this number is on the back of the Nurses's name badge.
