What kind of breaks can I expect?

You are entitled to a two hour break during the day which may be taken as several short breaks or (preferably) one long break; times of breaks will ultimately depend on the needs and preferences of the Client and the availability of someone to cover during your absence.

You are not paid for your two hour break unless you have to work through it, e.g. if there is no suitable cover or you are accompanying the Client on a lunchtime appointment. In such cases it will be paid as overtime unless you can take the time back at another suitable time.
