What do I need to bring with me to interview?

This will be clarified in an application pack that will be sent out to you prior to interview but includes:

• NMC PIN confirmation
• Prep folder with all qualifications and recent certificates of courses attended
• Passport
• National Insurance Number
• Driving licence
• Car insurance stipulating business use (if car driver)
• Immunisation record
• Membership card of professional organisation e.g. RCN, Unison
• A cheque for £50.00 to pay for a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) application and an Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) Audit First check
• Documentation to prove your identity and address.

You will already have sent us your:

• completed application form and CV
• completed CRB disclosure application form
• two passport-sized photos
• a signed copy of our Contract for Services.
