To whom should I report an accident in the home?

All accidents should be reported to the Nursing Manager or Nurse Consultant at Head Office.

All accidents that happen in the home of a Client must be recorded in the Client’s care plan and nursing records. Details of accidents and emergencies in the home (or in any other setting) should also be included in the Company Accident Book; the Nursing Manager or Nurse Consultant will provide you with the necessary documentation to complete.
