Am I entitled to Statutory Holiday Leave?
Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, workers are entitled to 28 days paid annual leave per year.
This entitlement accrues in proportion to the amount of time worked so for every 13 hours you work you are entitled to one hour of holiday pay, calculated at the basic Monday-Friday daytime pay rate.
