How do you source your Carers?

Many Consultus Carers come to us through recommendation. We also advertise in reputable publications and have overseas recruitment agents in South Africa, Australia, Spain and Zimbabwe.

It is the policy of Consultus not to recruit Carers from developing countries. Accordingly, we can help only those people applying with British passports or Ancestry visas (or equivalent).

All Carers undergo a face to face interview where all documentation is checked, references taken and CRB and Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) Audit First checks are carried out.
