Full-time Assistance in your own Home

If you think that Live in Home Care might be right for you, please give our friendly, knowledgeable Care Consultants a call. They will give you as much information as you require whilst discussing your personal needs and preferences.

If you decide to go ahead, your Care Consultant will discuss your personal needs and preferences with you in great detail.

Matching Carers with Clients

When the Care Consultant has discussed our Client's needs, a Carer is then chosen from our large database of Live in Carers in the country. The Client or the Client's representative will  be able to speak to the nominated Carer prior to the booking.  

Consistency of Care

Each Carer works and lives with their Client for up to two weeks or so, though this can be longer, by arrangement. At the end of their booking, Carers return to their own home, but in cases where care is ongoing, the outgoing Carer will need to 'hand over' to the new Carer on the rota.

Our Carers often return again and again to give valuable continuity of service. In many cases, this service has been provided to individual Clients without interruption for over 10 years.

Carers are expected to work 7 days a week and be on duty for 10 to 12 hours in any 24 hour period. Breaks and working hours are mutually agreed between Client and Carer.

Carers need their own private bedroom and three meals a day.  It is standard practice for Clients to pay Carers' travel and basic living costs.

Reassurance through the night

Day and night Clients and their families are reassured knowing that someone is always close at hand, should help be needed.

There is a small additional payment to the Carer if there is a night call.

For Clients with more complex or advanced care requirements, we offer options such as

  • Highly experienced Carers
  • The provision of two Live in Carers
  • 24-hour handovers
  • Live in Nurses
