Consultus recruits only the very best Carers. To join Consultus, each applicant must prove they have the commitment, aptitude, compassion, intelligence and "spark" to be a Consultus Carer. Through vigorous pre-employment checks and a face-to-face interview, our Care Consultants ensure that each successful applicant will be reliable, dedicated and committed to the physical and emotional well being of Clients.

Consultus' policies and procedures fulfill all the demands of care sector regulator the Commission for Social Care Inspection as well as all other employment and related legislation. Carers meet strict registration criteria, which includes taking up a new 'enhanced' Criminal Records Bureau/POVA check and employer references.

In sharing your information with Carers we will take every step to protect your right to privacy and confidentiality.

Carers are independent, self-employed agents responsible for their own tax and National Insurance contributions under Self Assessment
