How much time off is given?
There are no specified hours of work but the average number hours a Carer works in any 24 hour period is between 10 - 12 hours. Consultus requests that the Client ensures that the Carer has adequate rest breaks and allows the Carer a break of 2 - 3 hours to be taken together during which time the Carer is entitled to rest or sleep in private.
